Channel Appeal is a writing service run by Tab for Jozo's venture studio. This page says what we keep and why.
What we collect
- What you type into the order form: your name, email, channel handle, YouTube's notice, what your channel posts, your other channels, brand accounts and devices as you describe them, your account of what happened, and your country. It is stored so we can write your appeal and answer you.
- An email address you type into the free-sample box, so we can send the sample and up to five follow-up emails. Every one carries an unsubscribe line.
- Payment is taken by Whop at checkout; we never see your card details. Whop's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
What we never ask for
Your Google or YouTube login, passwords, two-factor codes, AdSense, bank or tax details. We never log in to your account and never set up channels for you.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for 12 months in case the appeal is denied and you want the free rewrite, then deleted. Sample-box emails are deleted when you unsubscribe or after the five emails, whichever is first. Email channelappeal@mail.tab.bot and we delete everything about you within 7 days.
Who sees it
Only the people writing your appeal. Nothing is sold, shared or used to train anything. The site measures page views and button clicks with a first-party counter that stores no personal data and sets no cookie.
Where it lives
Form entries sit in private storage on the site's hosting account; email goes through our mail service. Both are in the US and the EU.
